The year-on-year change rate of Industrial Production Prices Index stood at -2.9% in February (-2.4% in the previous month). Excluding the Energy grouping, the index decreased by 1.1% (-1.0% in January). The monthly change rate of the total index was 0.4% (0.9% in February 2015).
