The new orders in construction index presented a year-on-year increase of 6.8% in the second quarter of 2015 (change rate of -37.7% in the previous quarter). This performance was determined by the Civil Engineering which moved from a change rate of -58.7% in the first quarter to 22.8% in the following quarter. The Building Construction sector index presented a year-on-year change rate -6.3% (7.9% in the previous quarter).
