Summary
The Labour Cost Index working days adjusted increased by 0.5% in the 3rd quarter of 2014, compared with the same period in 2013. In the previous quarter, it was recorded an increase of 3.2%.
The two main labour cost items are wage costs and other costs (per hour actually worked). Wage costs decreased by 1.9% from the same period a year earlier and other costs increased by 8.4%.
