The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal stood at €998/sq meter in February, down by 1.0% from the value observed in the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was -5.5% (-5.2% in January). In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Area the average value decreased 0.8% and 0.4%, respectively, when compared with January. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -6.0% and -4.1%, by the same order.
