The services turnover index, adjusted for calendar and seasonal effects, declined 3.0% in September, in year-on-year terms (change rate of -1.9% in August). In the 3rd quarter 2013, this index recorded a year-on-year reduction of 2.6% (change rate of -5.6% in the previous quarter).
The indices of employment, wages and salaries and of the number of hours worked, adjusted for calendar effects, presented year-on-year change rates of -3.0%, -2.0% and -3.0%, respectively (-3.8%, -3.0% and -5.9% in August, by the same order).
