The Building Construction index presented a year-on-year change rate of -23.1% in the 4th quarter 2012 (-29.6% in the previous quarter), while the index for the Civil Engineering moved from a change rate of 11.1% in the 3rd quarter 2012 to -2.1% in the following.
For the year 2012 the new orders in construction index diminished 25.0% (decrease of 17.3% in 2011).
