Summary
The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal stood at €1033/sq meter in July, down by 0.6% from the value observed in the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was -7.3% (-7.9% in June). In Lisboa Metropolitan Area the average value decreased 0.3% while in the Porto Metropolitan Area this value increased 0.2% compared with the last month. The year-on-year change rates observed in those Metropolitan Areas were -8.5% and  6.8%, by the same order.
