Summary
The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal stood at €1055/sq meter in February. The monthly and annual rates of change were  0.8% and  7.4% respectively. In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Areas the average value decreased 0.3% and 1.7%, respectively, when compared with January. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -9.6% and -7.6%, by the same order.
