In November 2008, hotel activity registered 2.1 million of overnight stays, accounting for a year-on-year downturn of 9.2%, compared with November 2007. Non residents mainly contributed for this reduction (-13.3%), since residents had a lower downturn (-1.8%).
Total income from hotel activity reached 105.8 million euros and income from hotel occupancy 67.1 million euros, corresponding to year-on-year changes of -10.7% and -11.9%, respectively.
