This publication presents health statistical data in Portugal in 2018, comprising eleven subthemes, in general detailed by the third level of NUTS: hospitals, pharmacies and medicines, health professionals licensed to practice, births deliveries, morbidity by notifiable diseases, mortality by causes of death, infant mortality, neonatal mortality, foetal mortality and Health Satellite Account.

It also includes a brief description of the data sources as well as the concepts and classifications used.
