In the publication Culture statistics - 2021 is disclosed statistical information on  the cultural and creative sector: education, employment, consumer price index on cultural goods and services, enterprises of the cultural and creative sector, international trade on cultural goods, online cultural participation, cultural heritage, art galleries, periodical publications, cinema, live performances, video distribution, broadcasting, and expenditures of cultural and creative activities by the municipalities.

In this edition, is included, for the first time, information regarding printed books, whose source is the National Library of Portugal. It is also included a chapter with the main results of the Culture Satellite Account - 2018/2020.
