This publication presents health statistical data in Portugal in 2012, comprising – in general by NUTS III – nine subthemes: hospitals; official clinics; pharmacies and medicines; health professionals licensed to practice; childbirths; mortality; infant mortality; neonatal mortality; foetal mortality.

It includes also a brief description of the data sources as well as the concepts and classifications used.
