The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,536 per square meter in October 2023, €5 less than in the previous month (a decrease of 0.3%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 8.2% (7.8% in September 2023). It should be noticed that the number of bank appraisals increased by 7.8% compared to the previous period to around 26.9 thousand, 4.9% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
