Industrial Production Prices Index year-on-year change rate was -3.8% in March, down by 0.9 percentage points from the rate observed in the previous month. Excluding the Energy grouping, the index decreased by 1.2% (-1.1% in February). The monthly change rate of the total index was -0.1% (0.8% in March 2015). In the 1st quarter of 2016, the year-on-year change rate of the total index was -3.0% (-3.4% in the previous quarter).
