In the 3rd quarter of 2013 the number of building permits recorded a reduction of 20.6%, when compared with the 3rd quarter of 2012 (-18.4% in the 2nd quarter 2013), settling at 4.1 thousand buildings. The number of completed buildings decreased by 27.6% (-16.6% in the 2nd quarter 2013) reaching 4.7 thousand buildings.
Vis-à-vis the previous quarter, the number of building permits declined by 4.1% (+0.6% in the 2nd quarter 2013) while completed buildings decreased by 10.8% (-2.7% in the 2nd quarter 2013).
