In July, the year-on-year change rate of the new housing construction cost index, in the Mainland, stood at 1.2%, similar to the rate observed in the previous month. The year-on-year change rate of the price index of regular maintenance and repair of housing decreased 0.2 percentage points from June, to 3.6% in July.
