2022 Edition 12 Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (year-on-year rate of change in the Eurozone Countries, January 2021) In January 2021, the following rates of change were observed in the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP): • Year-on-year: 3.4% (+0.6 p.p. than in the previous month and -1.7 p.p. than the value estimated by Eurostat for the Euro Area); • Month-on-month: 0.3% (nil in the previous month and -0.3% in January 2021); • Average over the last 12 months: 1.2% (0.9% in the previous month).
