Construction Costs Index for New Housing (year-on-year rate of change) Construction Costs Index for New Housing (100=2015) Production in Construction grew by 2.6% In August 2021, the Construction Production Index grew by 2.6% year-on-year (4.2% in the previous month). Therewere also the following increases concerning its segments: • Building construction : 0.1% (1.2% in July); • Civil engineering : 6.5% (9.0% in July).
