October. 12 . 2021 SYNTH SIS IN @ COVID-19 Housing construction costs rose by 6.8% year-on-year The New Housing Construction Costs Index (NHCCI) registered, in August 2021, a year-on-year growth of 6.8% (+0.3 percentage points (p.p.) than in the previous month). The price of materials and the labour costs presented, respectively, rates of change of 8.7%and 4.1% in comparison with the same period of the previous year.
