The two major groupings that make up this index accounted for the following developments: • Non-food products : 9.9% reduction (-10.1% in November); • Food products : 2.4% increase (+1.4% in November). In December 2020, the following rates of change were recorded: • Employment index: » Year-on-year rate of change: -4.6% (-4.2% in November); » Month-on-month rate of change: -1.4% (-1.0% in December 2019). • Wages and salaries index: » Year-on-year rate of change: -4.1% (+2.0% in November); » Month-on-month rate of change: -18.9% (-13.9% in December 2019). • Hours worked index: » Year-on-year rate of change: -6.7% (-5.8% in November); » Month-on-month: +2.2% (+3.2% in December 2019).
