The employment index recorded a nil month-on-month rate of change in December 2020 (0.3% for the same period in 2019). Wages and hours worked showed month-on-month decreases of 0.3% and 11.5% (+3.9% and -13.0% in December 2019), respectively. In 2020 as a whole, the following year-on-year rates of change were registered: • Employment index: -2.4% (+0.6% in 2019); • Wages and salaries index: -0.5% (+3.7% in 2019); • Hours worked index: -8.3% (+0.8% in 2019).
