March . 02 . 2021 SYNTH SIS IN @ COVID-19 Construction costs went up by 2.2% year-on-year In December 2020, the year-on-year rate of change concerning the Construction Cost Index for New Housing (CCINH) was estimated at 2.2% (1.7% in the previous month). Also year-on-year, material prices went up by 1.7% in December (1.2% in the previous month) and labour costs increased by 2.9% (2.4% in November). Note: the value for December 2020 is provisional.
