This publication discloses statistics on building permits and completed buildings, estimates of the housing stock, the new housing construction cost index, the regular housing maintenance and repair price index, the values of the bank evaluation on housing and interest rates on housing loans. The main results are analysed and developments and the relevant aspects are described through charts and tables.
