Summary
The average value of bank evaluation on housing stood in June 2010 at 1161 EUR / m2, corresponding to a decrease of 0.9% compared to May and increasing 1.8% in year-on-year terms. Compared with April, Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Areas declined 0.5% and 2.1 % respectively.
