The average value of housing bank evaluation in Portugal stood at €1133/sq. meter in October, decreasing 0.6% compared with September (-1.0% in the previous month) and 1.3% compared with the same month of previous year. In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Areas the decreases were 0.4% and 0.1%, respectively, comparing with the previous month.
