Summary
The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal stood at €1162/sq. meter, in July 2010, up by 0.1% from June and 1.3% in year-on-year terms. Compared with June, Lisboa Metropolitan Area declined 0.3% and Porto Metropolitan Area increased 1.5%.
