Summary
In April 2010, in Portugal, the average value of housing bank appraisals increased 0.1% compared to March representing an average of €1,173/sq. meter. The year-on-year growth rate was 3.6%. Compared with March Lisboa Metropolitan Area presented a null increase and Porto Metropolitan Area decreased 0.2%.
