Summary
The interest rate on housing loans as a whole was set at 3.705% in March, i.e. a 0.019 percentage point (p.p.) decline from January. The rate on contracts signed over the last 3 months also had a monthly drop to 3.361%. The average value of principal outstanding per contract indicated a monthly rise of €124, and loan repayments attained €271, remaining stable vis-à-vis February.
