Summary
In April 2007 the seasonally adjusted retail trade turnover at constant prices had a year-on-year rate of change of -2.5%. From March 2007 the change was -5.6%. In retail trade, employment, wages and the number of hours worked adjusted for working days had positive year-on-year rates of change of 1.2%, 6.3% and 0.9% respectively.
