Summary
In the first quarter of 2007 more than 11,000 building permits were licensed, and more than 6,000
buildings were completed. These figures represent annual negative changes of 8.8% and 10.8%,
respectively.
From the previous quarter, the number of building permits increased by 4% and of completed buildings
decreased by 30%.
