Industrial Production Prices Index year-on-year change rate was 3.2% in November, up by 0.5 percentage points from the rate observed in the previous month. Excluding the Energy grouping, the index increased 2.0% (1.8% in October). The monthly change rate of the total index was 0.5% (0.1% in November 2016).
