The Industrial Production Prices Index registered a year-on-year change rate of -3.7%, up by 0.5 percentage points from the rate observed in the previous month. Excluding the Energy grouping, the index increased by 0.1% (0.2% in September). The monthly change rate of the total index was -0.4% (-0.8% in October 2014).
