In the 2nd quarter of 2015 the number of building permits decreased by 8.3%, when compared with the 2nd quarter of 2014 (-0.6% in the 1st quarter of 2015), settling at 3.7 thousand buildings. Building permits for new construction increased by 2.3% (+8.6% in the 1st quarter of 2015), while rehabilitation works decreased by 26.3% (-16.1% in the 1st quarter of 2015). The number of completed buildings decreased by 22.8% (-18.9% in the 1st quarter of 2015) reaching 2.9 thousand completed buildings.
Vis-à-vis the previous quarter, the number of building permits decreased by 6.4% (+3.1% in the 1st quarter of 2015) while completed buildings declined by 9.8% (-8.0% in the 1st quarter of 2015).
