Summary
The Labour Cost Index working days adjusted increased by 3.1% in the 2nd quarter of 2014, compared with the same
period in 2013. In the previous quarter, it was recorded a decrease of 1.4%.
The two main labour cost items are wage costs and other costs (per hour actually worked). Wage costs increased by
2.6% from the same period a year earlier and other costs increased by 4.9%.
