The year-on-year change rate of the new housing construction costs index, in the Mainland, was 0.6% in August, down by 0.4 percentage points from the rate observed in the previous month. The price index of regular maintenance and repair of housing moved from a year-on-year change rate of 0.1% in July to 0.2% in August.
