Survey on bank evaluation on housing
Average value of housing bank appraisals decreases - May 2012

Summary
The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal stood at €1047/sq meter in May, down by 0.8% from the value observed in the previous month. The year-on-year change rate was -8.9%. In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Areas the average value decreased 0.6% and 1.5%, respectively, when compared with April. The year-on-year change rates for those Metropolitan Areas were -10.8% and -8.8%, by the same order.
