In the third quarter of 2008, more than 9,000 building permits were licensed, and approximately 7,200
buildings were completed. These figures represent negative annual average changes of 11.4% and 17.2%, respectively.
From the previous quarter, the number of building permits decreased by 11.2% and of completed buildings decreased by 11.1%.
