Summary
In the 3rd quarter 2011, the construction new orders index presented a year-on-year decrease of 20.8% (change rate of  16.5% in the second quarter 2011). This trend was determined by the component of Civil Engineer, which moved from a year-on-year change rate of -8.1% in the second quarter 2011 to -27.5% in the following quarter. Quarterly and average of the last four quarters change rates stood at -20.1% and -15.4%, respectively.
