What are ad-hoc Press Releases?

Ad-hoc Press Releases are digital publications of statistical results released on an occasional basis, resulting from extraordinary work carried out beyond Statistics Portugal’s regular and scheduled activities. These Press Releases address emerging and specific topics, as well as one-off studies that do not form part of the usual routine of statistical production, which is why they are released without a previously scheduled date, unlike the other Press Releases.
