Statistics Portugal has an internal procedure in place to define the rules to be observed in the implementation of its system for managing suggestions and complaints sent to it by customers/statistical data users, respondents/information providers, or by entities or citizens who, for other reasons, interact with Statistics Portugal. This procedure defines the entry channels for suggestions and complaints, as well as the responsibilities of the different organisational units involved in said management system, as regards their identification, filing, and forwarding to the Quality Management Unit, as well as the draft response to suggestions and complaints.
