Summary
The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €2,254 per square meter in August, €14 more than in the previous month (an increase of 0.6%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 14.7% (15.2% in July). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals decreased 4.1% when compared to the previous period, to around 32.7 thousand, 3.1% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
