Summary
The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €2,228 per square meter in June, €20 more than in the previous month (an increase of 0.9%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 16.6% (17.1% in May). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals decreased 5.5% when compared to the previous period, to around 33.6 thousand, 3.0% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
