Summary
The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €2,208 per square meter in May, €34 more than in the previous month (an increase of 1.6%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 17.1% (16.5% in April). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals increased 3.1% when compared to the previous period, to around 35.5 thousand, 0.8% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
