The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €2,122 per square meter in February 2026, €17 more than in the previous month (an increase of 0.8%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 17.2% (18,7% in January 2026). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals decreased 5.4% when compared to the previous period, to around 29.6 thousand, 15.6% less than reported in the same period of the previous year.
