In July 2026, 7.7 million passengers and 23.8 thousand tonnes of freight and mail were handled at national airports, corresponding to year-on-year variations of +2.0% and +4.4%, respectively (-0.2% and +3.4%, in the previous month, in the same order).
In that month, there was a daily average of 128.5 thousand passengers disembarked, 2.0% higher than July 2025.
Between January and July 2026, the number of passengers handled increased 2.4% and the movement of freight and mail 1.0% (+4.9% and +2.6% in the same period of 2025, in the identical order).
The United Kingdom remained the main country of origin and destination of flights. France, Spain, Germany and Italy retained, respectively, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th positions between the main countries of origin and of destination.
