• The labour underutilisation rate was estimated at 10.3%, down from the three periods under comparison: previous month (0.2 pp), three months earlier (0.4 pp) and from the same month of 2024 (0.7 pp).
July 2025 (provisional estimates):
• The unemployment rate stood at 5.8%, down from the three periods under comparison: June 2025 (0.3 pp), April 2025 (0.4 pp) and July 2024 (0.7 pp).
• The labour underutilisation rate was estimated at 10.0%, down from the previous month (0.3 pp), from three months before (0.5 pp) and from the same month of 2024 (1.1 pp).
• In July 2025, the employed population (5,260.4 thousand) reached the highest value since February 1998.
