The tourist accommodation sector accounted for 3.1 million guests (+2.5%) and 8.1 million overnight stays (+3.1%) in June 2025, amounting to EUR 751.8 million in total revenue and EUR 583.4 million in revenue from accommodation (+7.6% and +7.9%, respectively).

The growth in overnight stays was driven by an increase in both residents (+5.8%, +5.6% in May) and non-residents (+2.0%, -0.1% in May), totalling 2.4 million and 5.7 million overnight stays, respectively.

In June, among the top 10 inbound markets in terms of overnight stays, Germany stood out with a growth of 9.0%, followed by Canada (+7.7%). Conversely, the French and Brazilian markets saw the largest decreases (-8.2% and  7.5%).

The revenue per available room (RevPAR) stood at EUR 89.5 (+5.4%) and the average daily rate (ADR) was EUR 137.4 (+4.9%).
