The Commercial Property Price Index increased by 4.7% in 2024, 0.8 percentage points (pp) lower than the variation observed in 2023. Similarly to the observed in recent years, commercial property prices grew more moderately than dwelling prices as depicted by the House Price Index (9.1%).
