Summary
The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €2,025 per square meter in October 2025, €30 more than in the previous month (an increase of 1.5%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 17.7% (same value as in September). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals increased 2.8% when compared to the previous period, to around 33.9 thousand, 2.9% less than reported in the same period of the previous year.
