The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,995 per square meter in September 2025, €30 more than in the previous month (an increase of 1.5%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 17.7% (18.1% in August). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals increased 4.2% when compared to the previous period, to around 33 thousand, 0.4% less than reported in the same period of the previous year.
